Meldir Erbulekova is a founder and managing partner of Amigdala law firm. Meldir advises Russian and international companies, her practice focuses on intellectual property protection, protection of information, Internet project support, and consulting for startups. She has been working in this field for more than eight years, and has expertise as an external consultant and legal counsel of the company.
Prior to establishing Amigdala, Meldir worked as an associate and was head of the technology practice in the international law firm Gowling WLG (international) Inc. Over the course of 8 years of her professional experience, she has accumulated extensive expertise, representing major Russian and international companies in complex disputes related to trademarks, copyright and domain names. At the beginning of her career, she used to provide legal support to Strelka KB as its single lawyer.
